We have a fantastic opportunity within our head office for an ambitious and talented Communications Officer.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated Communications and Marketing professionals.
As the Communications Officer, you will support the preparation and implementation of internal and external communications activity undertaken by Morgan Sindall. You will support the design, and lead the delivery of a range of internal and external communications activity throughout the year.
Previous experience within a Communications position is required, as well as having a working knowledge of a broad range of internal / external communication media, inclusive of intranet, internet and social media. A working knowledge of Photoshop, In Design and Microsoft Office packages is essential.

As a Communications Officer you will:
- Develop, co-ordinate and help deliver key internal communication campaigns across Morgan Sindall, ensuring that communication activity is effective, relevant and in line with the Morgan Sindall brand manual. Such activity will include, but not be limited to: Lead the creation and delivery of the monthly Cascade communications activity, ensuring that information is requested from the business, that relevant content is included and that the medium is issued on time every time to the highest quality, support the creation and delivery of announcements to Morgan Sindall employees and support the creating and delivery of specific communication campaigns
- To play a leading role in supporting the management of Morgan Sindall business-wide events
- Provide comprehensive support to the Communications Manager and Communications in the creation and delivery of effective internal and external communications strategies and platforms as well as undertake the tactical delivery of communication activity across Morgan Sindall
Already experienced in a Communication role, you will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject, and have good project management skills.
