Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor role based in Stoke on Trent, the role is to provide sales support, coordinating a group of customer accounts and liaising with customers, supplies and internal departments to build and maintain relationships whilst increasing sales.

DUTIES

  • Handling all customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Resolve customer enquiries/complaints in a timely and accurate manner
  • Processing and managing sales orders
  • Providing support to the sales team
  • Produce customer reports
  • Prepare and distribute management reports
  • Processing back orders
  • Assist with general administration duties

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Prioritising workload
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Dynamic Navision would be beneficial
  • Would also accept a business graduate
  • Multi tasker

HOURS OF WORK

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with 30 minutes lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks
