People and Change Practitioner - Water Upper Quartile FTC
About the Role
The objective of this role is to own the delivery of successful people change across the Water Upper Quartile Transformation programme. You will assess the personal impacts of change across all business units, working to understand the level of impact on environment, individual, health and wellbeing and commercial dependencies. Furthermore, the role holder will influence throughout the organisation at all levels in the area of organisational change and particularly through TUPE. Whilst providing consultancy and advice to Business Leaders on change projects, including redundancy, and restructure, you will work to ensure a people change journey that balances both the needs of the workforce and the business transformation agenda. You will lead and champion the roll-out of the new ways of working through change; such as the delivery of people and customer impact statements.
With demonstrable experience of delivering wide ranging change in the TUPE space, including scoping and delivery, the successful candidate will also have a track record of developing and delivering change that improves both organisational effectiveness and business performance. Excellent employee relations experience, with a track record of creating a healthy employee experience environment is also key. In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you have a CIPD qualification and are ideally qualified in change management methodology. Commercial acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem solving is a key skill in order to succeed in this role, as is a proven ability to influence at all levels and across multiple stakeholder groups. With a high level of integrity, the successful candidate will also have a passion to 'do the right thing', with both an innovative and adaptable approach to their work.
