As a Financial Performance Analyst you will be responsible for delivering insight and driving improvement to deliver the wholesale budget and capital programme outcomes. This will include providing an insightful and balanced view across regulatory, performance and financial objectives. You will work to ensure a high quality monthly reporting rhythm and challenge existing practices to identify improvements in both the short and longer term. As part of this role you will be responsible for setting and communicating capital outputs, performance against regulatory, financial and efficiency targets to key stakeholders, to provide a holistic view over programme delivery. You will facilitate with the budget and periodic forecasts, and will also be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the Wholesale Capital Programme as part of this role.

About You
With experience of understanding performance and driving improvements, the successful candidate will have the ability to understand linkages between complex data sets, focusing on priorities to delivery company objectives. You will have the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver a successful outcome, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust the message accordingly to fit the audience. In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Commercial and financial awareness are key, as is strong MS office skills. With GCSE's, or equivalent, in Maths and English, the successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate previous roles have covered suitable breadth to demonstrate numerical and verbal competencies.
