Teaching Assistant required for SEN school in Dudley

Location: Dudley
Duration: Full time
Salary: £55-65

The School:
The school is a behavioural unit located in Dudley who is currently seeking a strong, team teach trained Teaching assistant. This role is to start in September running on going.

The role:
The role is for a teaching assistant who has worked primarily in SEN settings with behavioural needs. Experience in a PRU would be beneficial in order to be familiar with the kind of environment you will be working in at this school. The pupils at this setting are at KS1 - KS3 and need someone with Team Teach training in order to de-escalate and manage behaviour effectively.
Level 1 safeguarding certificate is essential for this role and an up to date DBS.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 and above)
• SEN School based experience
• Available full time
• Level 1 safeguarding certificate
• Recent school based references
• Driving license
• Full DBS
