An exceptional company, based in South Birmingham, are currently seeking a pro-active and diligent Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis - paying up to £18,000!
As the sole receptionist, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, managing customer queries and price enquiries, dealing with suppliers, as well as confirming information for customers and complaint handling. You will also be responsible for managing the email inbox and organising all correspondence; responding to queries where appropriate, forwarding emails to the relevant staff and liaising between departments. You will also be managing the company databases, entering new data onto the system, processing orders, and assisting with all general administrative duties across the office, such as preparing notes, printing and filing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist who is confident working independently and managing the front of house. You will be meeting and greeting all guests upon arrival and managing any issues that arise, meaning you must always be professional, presentable and immensely delightful!
Due to the location of the offices, own transport is preferable.
