Job Specific Skills Required:

Fast accurate keyboard skills.
Sales & Customer service experience.
Mathematics GCSE A*- C English GCSE A*- C
Sales & Customer service training courses.
A mind to work, positive vibrant attitude, clear concise professional sounding English spoken.

Hours Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm, except Weds 7am-4.30pm (43 hours per week)
Lunch Break 30 mins
Hours per week 43

Position Statement
To become part of a team taking incoming calls, upsell to existing and potential customers, processing orders & invoices, general secretarial work. Continue to build a constitution of being efficient, accurate, tidy, team player. This position requires accurate notes to be entered onto CRM system and clients to be followed up to give a WOW service. Product, System and Customer Service training will be provided.

Performance Objectives
1. To impress customers with our diligence and care, processing orders and enquiries efficiently. To take 96% of incoming calls between the team and use the opportunity to bring in extra sales.

1. Operate in a way that promotes trust and a positive atmosphere with a clear focus and purpose to achieve personal and company goals.
2. Maintain respect for the company Ethos and management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Number of incoming calls taken.
Value of extra sales.
