Your new company
Our client are a large organisation with a national presence. Due to internal promotion, they are seeking a receptionist on a temporary basis until November.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact in the organisation for all visitors, from couriers to senior clients. Therefore, you will need to be able to communicate clearly and confidently. Daily duties include booking meeting rooms, dealing with telephone enquiries, processing orders and invoices and scheduling couriers.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be able to commit fully to this assignment. You will have previous receptionist experience and have a high level of computer literacy. Furthermore, you must be able to communicate with internal and external individuals in a professional manner, both over the phone and in person. You will be proficient in Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel.
What you'll get in return
You will be in employment from August until November 2017. Throughout this assignment, you will receive a weekly payment with an hourly rate from £11-£12 per hour. Working in the city centre, you will gain exposure to a large organisation which will enhance your CV, ready for your next role. As this is based in the city centre, you will benefit from excellent public transport links. You will be on a two week rotating shift pattern. Working hours for this assignment will be from either 7.30am - 4pm then 9.00am-5.30pm.
