Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm
Realistic Salary: £25,200- £28,000

Are you an experienced Advisor working in Financial or Professional Services looking for that next step up in to a senior role?
We are looking for a customer orientated Mortgage Advisor who will provide an advised telephone mortgage service to both new and existing members.
You will support and encourage your team to deliver a high level of service whilst delivering accurate and compliant information in relation to their mortgage needs.
You will be fully CeMap qualified (level3)
Advisory experience desirable
Ability to create and sustain long lasting relationships
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Recent experience working within customer service
Evidence of working towards quality and productivity measures
Flexible, positive and reliable
Duties will include
Receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers
Providing accurate and thorough advice on all mortgage services
Ability to understand and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Managing your own time in a fast paced environment
Proactively maintaining a detailed level of knowledge to deliver effective advice
