About the Role:
A Residential Conveyancer is required for a busy department. The vacancy has come about due to strong growth.
The caseload will include the following:
- Sales and Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold Properties
- Shared Ownership
- Complex Estates
- Lease Extensions
- Transfers of Equity
Salary would be negotiable depending on experience.
About the Candidate:
The successful candidate will be able to make an impact from day one with minimal supervision, though support would be available if needed. Even though there is already a strong flow of work, business development may be required from time to time.
- Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers would be considered
- Candidates need to be personable as some client interaction would be required
- Ability to handle own caseload from start to finish
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
