As a Sales or Leasing client manager your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Outbound cold & warm calling
· Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings
· Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller or tenant and landlord
· Conducting market appraisals with homeowner
· Photographing apartments/villas
· Referring clients to our Property Management department
· Referring clients to our associated partner companies (mortgage and FX)

What we expect from you:
· Strong cold/warm calling experience
· Passport and full driving license
· Savings - this is a commission based role and we do require candidates to have a minimum of £5,000 - £10,000 in savings to be able to support themselves initially. If you have £5,000 you go into leasing and if you have £10,000 you have the option of going into sales!
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Drive and determination
· Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
