Job Title: Administrator


Hours:Full time

Salary:circa - £20,000

Location:Birmingham Business Park


Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and focused individual to provide full administrative support to a small but extremely busy team. Attention to detail is essential as you will be preparing detailed reports, updating files and documents as well as full administrative support.

Key Duties:

*Provide full support to the Regional Secretary and provide cover in their absence to the Directors: Travel, Diary Management etc.
*General administrative support to Directors: post, typing.
*Co-ordinate/organise meeting rooms to include refreshments and equipment.
*Full administration of expenses, checking claims, prepare for sign off.
*Prepare documents, agendas and board reports, scanning, binding etc.
*Create induction folders for new starters.
*Ad hoc reception cover when required.
*Ensure the smooth running of the office: update noticeboards, check breakout areas.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*Previous experience of supporting a busy team in an administrative capacity.
*Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft packages.
*Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
*Ability to multi task and prioritise.
*A resilient approach and can work under pressure.
