We are currently recruiting Helpline Executive with Customer Service experience.

As an Helpline Executive you will be dealing with a high volume of calls from members of public relating to Safeguarding and Mental Health.

  • Have at least 6-12 months experience of working in a busy customer service environment
  • Be able to take a high volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent telephone manner, including clear speech.
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Have good typing speed and accuracy
  • Have a basic level of computer literacy
  • Have a calm and professional manner
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be self-motivated to achieve targets
  • Have attention to detail


  • Working hours
  • Monday-Friday
  • Salary: £8.45 per hour
  • Start date: Immediate Start
  • Duration: temporary ongoing
  • Location: Birmingham City Centre
