Job Title: Trust Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

Location: Kenilworth

Our client is a well-established business based near Kenilworth with a rapidly growing client base throughout the UK. They have an exciting position and are currently seeking a Trust Manager who is experienced in setting up, administering and managing trusts. Suitable candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds including Legal, Accounting or Banking.

Essential Requirements:

Provide Technical support for complex aspects of Estate Planning to Advisers and the companies Legal Services Staff. Develop new products and systems. The role will also involve drafting trusts as well as the associated documents and deeds.

Proven experience/understanding of:

*Knowledge of different types of trusts and how they differ from one another.
*Understand the implications of documents and deeds associated with trusts.
*The processes involved in transferring assets into and out of trusts.
*How the conveyancing process works.

An interest to study towards the STEP qualification (if not already qualified) would be an advantage.
