Working within the Secured on Unsecured Loans department, you will communicate with customers in to understand their circumstances and resolve any queries in relation to arrears on their accounts. You will act in a professional and empathetic manner at all times, in order to achieve the best outcome for the customer and the company. This will involve both, verbal and written communication with customers and authorised third parties.

Previous experience of collections is preferred but applications will be considered from candidates with a strong customer service background from office based environments, within a relevant sector. Full training will be provided in a very supportive environment.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Educated to minimum GCSE A-C grades in English and Maths
- Previosu collections experince desirable
- Strong customer service background within office based environments
- Excellent telephony skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
