Project Manager - Design and Build Commercial Interiors
This top UK based company specialising in commercial workspaces including relocation, design, workspace planning, fit out and branding on a global scale are looking for a high calibre project/contracts manager to join the regions team based in Staffordshire.
This role is all about keeping the client happy by delivering Jobs on snag free to time and budget whist maintaining profit margins for the company. Depending upon the job which range in size from £200K to more than £5 Million you will be working on between 1 and 4 jobs at varying stages at any time. You will be office based but expected to visit each site at least once a week. You will be heavily involved in all aspects of the project from the pre-construction phase onwards.
- building survey analysis

- Budget definition and control
- Tender and negotiation of sub contractors

As the ideal candidate you will have significant fit out experience in a design and build commercial interiors company and be looking to join one of the UK's top operators. You are likely to be degree educated and have worked in a capacity similar to the one described above.
