A typical day as a 'Graduate Customer Support Analyst' will include:
- Solving system user problems and resolve customer questions and issues
- Advise system users on how to get the most from the system functionality
- Help customers configure the system to meet their business needs
- Identify and gather ideas for new functionality and services
- Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved use of the system
- Support other teams in testing new releases of the system

The successful Graduate Developer must have:
- A degree in Engineering, Scientific, IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Mathematical degree.
- Strong A Levels in Maths or Science.
- A passion for new technologies, especially web technologies.
- Ability to work under-pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, Problem solving and Logical thinking skills.
- An interest in IT & financial sector.
