Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary; £12.50 an hour (Neg)

Hours: Full Time: 8.30am - 17.00 with a 3.00pm finish on a Friday


A precision Engineering company based near Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit an experienced bookeeper/Office Manager due to a retirement in the company.

The Role

The main duties of the role will be to take overall responisbility for Bookkeeping and generally all administration tasks associated with an Office Manager. There will also be a need to recruit an entry level administrator in due course

  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Internet Payments
  • Internet Banking
  • Factoring
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Wages (payroll) using Sage 100
  • Book Keeping to Trial Standard

The Candidate

You will need to be an experienced bookeeper with experience of Using Sage line 100

Due to the retirement of their incumbent Bookkeeper in October, the company are looking to fill this position ASAP so that a decent handover can take place.
