Job Title: Project Team Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Team Coordinator to join our client, a modern consultancy company and their fantastic team. The Project Team Coordinator will be working with a four-person project team, providing support to key corporate projects and field consultants.

Job Description:

The Project Team Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Day to day coordination of the project team
  • Accountability for the administration and delivery of key projects
  • Liaising with account/project managers, clients and suppliers
  • Identifying and reporting any delivery issues and/or risk to the management team or project manager
  • Assistance in the coordination of resourcing and delivery of new projects
  • Organising and attending internal and external meetings
  • Delivering into key projects ensuring project milestones are met

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of coordination projects is essential
  • Maths & English GCSE C or above essential
  • IT literate including all MS office packages
  • Flexibility to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 pa, depending on experience
