My client is currently recruiting for a Telecoms Support Executive to join their busy team in Burton on Trent.

The role will involve:

• Deal with incoming enquiries

• Handling discount authorisation process

• Providing technical support

• Being proactive with customer care

• Working with field based Business Development Managers and Internal Partner Development Executives to manage and service accounts

Experience required:

• Previously having worked in a Customer Service environment

• Strong verbal and written skils

• IT or Telecoms experience would be an advantage

• Excellent communication skills

• Good problem solving skills

• Outstanding organisation skills

• Experience of working in a fast paced pressured environment

• Help desk experience

The package will include:

• Basic GBP18.5k to GBP20k per annum

• Bonus after 12 months within the company based on performance

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, with a half an hour for lunch each day - 37.5 hours per week
