• Raising invoices
• Reconciliations
• Preparation on Excel sales reports
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Inputting income figures, cash receipts and other finance data
• Working out percentage payments
• Processing payments
• Journal posting
• Bi-annual client statements
• Dealing with queries
• Other ad hoc duties

Candidate requirements:

• Finance office experience
• Attention to detail
• Fantastic organisational and communication skills
• Intermediate Excel (pivots, vlookups)
• An enquiring mind
