Working within Warwick Employment Group (WEG) at the University of Warwick, you will play an important part in the roll out of a recruitment and remuneration project across the university campus.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment as part of the Compliance and Contracts team, supporting WEG during a busy period assisting with compliance checks and administration of contracts.

Duties and responsibilities

• Complete compliance and right to work checks and assist with registration checks relating to visas and immigration
• Support the administration related to issuing of contracts with data entry and inputting information into database
• Answer stakeholder queries face to face, in emails and over the telephone
• Processing data in Excel and databases
• Escalate issues to the Compliance and Contracts Coordinator
• Other duties commensurate with the role

Skills and experience

• Good level of education (GCSEs/ A -level or equivalent)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to a prioritise efficiently a busy workload
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CRM's
• Ability to follow processes and procedures, but also the ability to be flexible as the project progresses
• Ability to work independently without supervision when required

Successful candidates must be available through the entire period between August-November
