You will be joining a team that delivers high quality person-centred care to
people living with dementia. An integral part of this, and central to your role,
is to make sure that the home is a welcoming and comfortable place to be,
by keeping it clean and tidy at all times. In doing so, this helps to enable
residents to maintain their individual lifestyle within a group living situation.

In addition to completing the daily cleaning schedule, you will also be
expected to ensure all cleaning materials are stored correctly, assist with
ordering cleaning supplies, report any issues with materials and equipment,
adhere to guidelines and regulations surrounding hazardous waste and
infection control, and socialise with residents - supervising any who wishes
to assist with the cleaning and tidying of their room.

We require dedicated applicants with a professional attitude, and that special
caring quality that sets them apart from the rest.

We strongly believe in developing the skills of our staff and offer an
extensive range of training courses.

Essential requirements:
Previous experience as a domestic assistant, cleaner, housekeeper, or
similar.

Pinnacle Care Ltd:
We operate six residential homes in and around Rugby, Warwickshire.
Offering high quality person-centred care for people living with dementia and related mental health needs. Through home care, day care, and residential
care - on both a respite and long-term basis.

We believe that each of our homes should provide residents with a friendly
and comfortable environment. This allows residents to have as much
flexibility as possible, provides a level of familiarity, and encourages activity.

We achieve this by working as far as possible to a number of person-centred
care principles and training our staff to a high level, to really understand
dementia.
