You will be joining a team that delivers high quality person-centred care to people living with dementia. An integral part of this is providing residents with a choice of delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals made from scratch. Working from menus which have been developed according to Food Standards Agency's 'Eatwell Plate'. However, you will have the option to design your own menus and to liaise with local suppliers to take advantage of seasonally available fresh fruit, vegetables, and salad.

Your role will centre around the preparation, cooking, and serving of all food and drink required for the day. This will vary dependent upon the choices offered and selected by individual residents from the Menu of the Day. You will also ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy, adhering to the relevant required Food Hygiene, and other legislative, regulations.

Pinnacle Care Ltd:

We operate six residential homes in and around Rugby, Warwickshire. Offering high quality person-centred care for people living with dementia and related mental health needs. Through home care, day care, and residential care - on both a respite and long-term basis.

We believe that each of our homes should provide residents with a friendly and comfortable environment. This allows residents to have as much flexibility as possible, provides a level of familiarity, and encourages activity.

We achieve this by working as far as possible to a number of person-centred care principles and training our staff to a high level, to really understand dementia.
