Learning & Development Manager
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a growing team and a successful business, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Learning & Development offering across the Business.

As Learning & Development Manager you will responsible for:
- The full training life cycle through to design & delivery.
- Ensuring talent and future leaders are identified across the Business.
- Maximise opportunities with the Apprenticeship Levy in line with Business strategy.
- Ownership of the induction and training programmes and their continued evolution/improvement.
To be considered for the role you will be a proven, commercial Learning & Development Manager with a passion for working with others to improve performance. You will also be adept at setting up and evolving a Learning & Development offering aligned to the Business needs.
Apprenticeship Levy knowledge is also highly advantageous as well as a background within the Automotive sector.
Alongside the relevant experience you will be a flexible and innovative senior L&D professional with 1st class communication skills and the ability to engage people at all levels as well as influencing senior stakeholders.
A flexible approach and willingness to travel to other locations outside of the Midlands.
Up to £60,000 per annum
