Robert Half have been appointed to work with a prestigious business in Birmingham City Centre, to appoint a Temporary Credit Controller.

Our client is currently recruiting for a self-motivated Credit Control Clerk to join their Finance Department on temporary basis. They are seeking a confident, approachable individual who can work both independently and as part of a small team. The role of Credit Control role will be varied and busy, and duties will include

Key Responsibilities

- Proactive client contact
- Prompt payment collection
- Resolve aged debt
- Analyse and control cash collection
- Organising payment arrangements
- Reduce debtor days

Your Profile

- Previous credit control experience
- High quality communication skills both internally and to external customers through various forms of communication
- Able to interpret information, make decisions quickly and accurately within guidelines
- Excellent telephone skills
- Experienced in managing risk
- Target driven

Salary & Benefits

- £9.00-£11.00 D.O.E per hour + holiday
