Salary - £22,000 - £26,000 + package

An experienced Commercial Account Handler is required at one of Birmingham's largest insurance brokerages. You will be allocated your own clients who you will be solely responsible for. This will require you to meet all of their rebroking needs, midterm adjustments and renewals.

Your role

·You will be allocated a monthly cases load of clients that you will be solely responsible for. This role will have you servicing client accounts with a particular focus on the renewal process.
·You will liaise with client decision makers as well as the insurer market to negotiate favourable terms for all concerned to secure client retention.
·The role will require you to prepare presentations for insurers and client as well as relevant paperwork, reports, documents, etc.
·The mix of administrative duties as well as interaction with clients and suppliers means no two days are the same in this role.


·You will demonstrate experience of an administrative role, preferably gained within a commercial insurance environment.
·You will have a client centric approach coupled with an eye for detail and strong communication skills.
·Insurance qualification, or work towards are preferred.
