Interim HR TUPE Officer, 12 months, Coventry, up to £33k
This position can be offered on a full or part time basis.
We are looking to hear from a credible HR generalist with experience in ER & supporting TUPE. As an Interim HR Officer you will be based in our clients Coventry Head Office.
You will assist with the transfer of employees across a variety of Midlands based locations to their partner. We are seeking a HR generalist who has knowledge of TUPE out and how it happens, can administer all the paper work, reports, letters etc, and has the ability to recognise discrepancies in the information. This role isn’t about managing the transfer, as there is a team who are already doing so, we need someone to Administer the HR part of the project.
You must be a confident, conscientious individual with a pragmatic approach and excellent influencing skills who can communicate in a professional manner at all levels of the organisation with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
The successful Interim HR Officer will also be responsible for:
Assist in the delivery of the project plan as created by the Project Lead and Project Manager to ensure a smooth and high quality transfer of people (TUPE).
Regularly communicate report and alert the Project Steering Group and Project Lead/ Project Manager as appropriate on the status/progress of the HR aspects of the project.
Ensure HR related project documents are accurate, complete, current and available in relevant timeframes.
Use appropriate I.T. processes to track timescales, objectives and actions to ensure the project is managed effectively and all timescales are met.
Attending when required meetings in each location as required. So candidates need to be flexible to travel across the Midlands.
Work with the Project Team and HR Manager.
