We are seeking an ambitious, B2B Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager to uncover Corporate / Commercial business opportunities throughout the Midlands.

SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000, OTE: c£35,000

BENEFITS: Company Car, 25 days holiday, laptop, phone, overnight expenses, meal allowance, benefits package.

LOCATION: Home based role covering the Midlands (M6, M1 and A1 corridors) and with 1 week per quarter in Northern Ireland.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Home based role covering Leicester, Nottingham, Lincoln, Donnington, Mansfield, Sheffield, Doncaster, Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham, Derby.


We are a multi-million pound organisation that specialises in the delivery of training services, work place assessments and access solutions to Corporate and Commercial businesses throughout the UK.

THE ROLE – Area Sales Manager

Our rapidly expanding corporate sales team require a commercially focussed Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager to develop B2B sales to all types of corporate and commercial enterprises across the Midlands region. In addition, 1 week a quarter will be spent in Northern Ireland. Any company that deals with the general public or employ personnel need our services and products so the new business opportunities are vast and we need a dedicated Field Sales Executive who can identify and convert them.

You’ll be representing our business to clients Decision Makers at all levels, uncovering opportunities for our range of training programmes, access solutions and support products as well as increasing revenues from existing clients. Your time will be split c90% new business / 10% account management.

You MUST have a proven B2B track record, in a solutions sales capacity.


* Responsible for uncovering your own leads, booking your own meetings and closing deals.
* Highly self- motivated and organised - This is a home based role, so you will need excellent territory planning and time management skills.
* Able to demonstrate a track record of uncovering a client’s requirement where none may exist on the surface.
Full training on all of our services will be given. You just need to bring the right attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
