Office Assistant for City Centre Law Firm
A renowned law firm, based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, are currently seeking a hard-working individual to join the team as an Office Administrator! This is an entry-level, permanent role - paying up to £15,500!
This is an all-encompassing administrative role, providing variety within an instantly recognisable, prestigious company! You will be providing full admin support to the team, including; filing and file management, opening and closing cases, database management and data input, assisting with billing, administering applications and file archiving. You will also be involved with all ad hoc administrative duties where required, such as scanning, photocopying, printing, as well as assisting with incoming and outgoing post, and providing reception cover.
As the ideal candidate, you must be pro-active, diligent and show a real 'can-do’ attitude. A minimum of 12 months office experience is necessary, alongside strong understanding of all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Outlook, and strong typing skills. You must be flexible, committed and a real team player!
