About the Role:

This position would involve a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions. You would be required to advise on all aspects of the commercial property process, including acquisition and disposals, developments, investments, landlord and tenant, and lease negotiations.

Though there is a steady flow of business, the ability to business develop would be an advantage. The opportunity for advancement and career development is huge.

Salary would be negotiable depending on experience, following, etc.

About the Candidate:

A Solicitor is required to handle a broad range of Commercial Property transactions

  • All levels of experience from NQ and beyond would be considered, as would experienced Legal Executives
  • Strong Technical Knowledge is imperative
  • The ability to Business Develop would be an advantage
