A leading insurance intermediary is looking for an experienced professional to drive performance of a specialist personal lines portfolio through the development of the product range and associated relationships.

The Business
·The business is a major name within their specialist areas of personal lines insurance market, known for innovative products and customer driven trade.

The role
·With responsibility for developing a niche insurance portfolio, you will drive growth through product, scheme and rate development as well as effective pricing and marketing.
·Your role will encompass management of insurer relations, negotiating to secure favourable terms and commissions.
·You will take responsibility for competitor and market analysis, benchmarking and insurer developments to identify and exploit opportunities.

·You will demonstrate the ability to understand and manage a growing insurance portfolio.
·Knowledge of niche personal lines insurance is attractive, preferably with exposure to product/scheme development, insurer relations/negotiations, pricing and marketing.
·ACII qualification (or work towards) is preferred, but not essential.
