Registered Nurse - Team Lead
I am seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join and lead a team of nurses in a Dialysis unit in Stratford-Upon-Avon with an established, forward thinking, people-driven company.
You would be the Team Lead working full time, about 37.5 hours per week with Clinic opening times between Monday to Saturday and you would be expected to cover various shifts between 6.30am to 11.30pm. They are offering between £28,000 to £32,000 for outstanding candidates with leadership skills and prior experience in a Dialysis Unit or in Nephrology.
You must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin with experience working in a Nephrology unit and a recordable Renal Nursing qualification (ENB 136). This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step up into a leadership role. You will develop, implement, evaluate and assess care programmes for dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease or acute renal failure. Planning treatment to meet care requirements, you will work within your team to ensure that communication is effective, individual care plans are implemented and training requirements are met.
