Our client is looking for a proficient Accounts Administrator to join their team. Working with the Directors and management team, you will assist with the day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping
• Credit card and petty cash reconciliations
• General accounts and office administration
• Reception duties and answering the phone
• Supporting the Directors (organising meetings, booking hotels and sorting out travel arrangements)

Our client is looking for someone who has experience in a similar role. Experience of Sage is highly desirable. We are also looking for someone who is able to prioritise and work to deadlines. You should also be customer service driven, flexible and self-motivated.
