Contracts Manager - Kitchen Installation
Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced field based Contracts Manager a nationwide kitchen installation company.
About The Role
You will work on fast paced & high rise projects within the area for a large national company. The currently is no specific area, but we would be expecting you to manage developments within the Southern, South West, South Wales & lower central areas - Swindon / Bristol area is a preference
The role entails the following
Controlling third party developments taking high volume over multi floors
Managing all aspects of the installation process from delivery through to sign off.
Ensure service and quality being delivered is as per contract
Recruitment of fitting teams
The role will require travelling which will require regular overnight stays
The person will have worked within this environment previously, ideally with the control of kitchens but products such as bathrooms, windows, carpentry services, flooring etc. would be considered.
Experienced in working with main contractors
Experienced in Kitchens
Attained IOSH - Desirable
Experienced in working with sub-contractors / trades people.
Ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card however this is not essential as the company can provide this.
Experienced in procuring staff / fitting teams
Experienced in working on construction sites
Full UK Driving Licence [No more than 6 points acceptable]

As home working is part of the role, the ideal candidate will have a home office - contributions to home internet & phone bills paid by the employer.
