An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our support service in Birmingham as an administrator.
Creative Support, a not-for-profit provider of social care service, provides a support service for individuals with a range of support needs within the Birmingham area including Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.
You will provide an efficient and responsive administration service as part of our Birmingham mental health recovery services. There are two posts available and you will be based at either our Central Birmingham or Northfield Office, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to accurately input data onto databases/IT systems as well as excellent customer service skills.
