Your role as a Sales Consultant will be;

* Contacting candidates from our ever-growing database who are actively seeking a change in their career
* Representing the company as first point of contact
* Providing excellent customer service when engaging with the candidate, finding out relevant information
* Establishing their drives, motivations and correct culture fit for their next move
* Forwarding details to the relevant teams to work further with the candidate and create new opportunities
* Work towards and deliver targets which are set to achieve monthly bonuses

To be considered for the Sales Consultant position, you must have the following experience/skill set;

* Experienced in a telesales/lead generation, B2B/B2C
* Have worked in a sales/customer engagement environment
* Be accustomed to high call volumes
* Excellent, professional interpersonal skills
* Able to generate and build rapport on the phone
* Have a positive 'can do' attitude
* Be self-motivated and target orientated
