My client is recruiting for a resourcing manager to join a dynamic, market-leading small business. This is a small but well established international undergraduate and graduate placement agency based in Warwickshire.

This is a key role heading up a small, close-knit resourcing team in a fast-paced specialist recruitment agency.

This is a pure resourcing role (ie. not sales / 360), with some other responsibilities included. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-starter, who has a substantial background of working in a resourcing role in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

As a key senior member of a small team you will have involvement and inclusion across most aspects of the business. You will be working closely with the Sales Manager, reporting directly to the MD and have the opportunity to contribute ideas and influence business strategy.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Resourcing & Account Management:
*Deliver an effective service that supports the client and candidates, to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently using the right methods and best fit solutions for the campaign.
*Account management of clients, maintaining relationships with key clients and assisting with the promotion of new business

*Liaise with the Sales Manager when a new role comes in, discuss the role and give an indication of the timescales involved with filling the role.
*Check the placement job brief from the client, make any necessary amendments
*Forward to the Marketing Executive to upload onto the website and social media.
*Liaise with the client directly from this point onwards by email and telephone. Screen and interview suitable candidates for the role, compile a shortlist and send across to the client. This includes compiling an overview for each candidate sent, detailing their key strengths, suitability for the role and availability.
*Brief the shortlisted candidates, prepare them for telephone/Skype interview with client.
*Liaise with the client regarding feedback and offer for the selected candidate. Email the offer to the candidate with full details. Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the pre-joining process, (ensuring the placement agreement, start date, 'contract' from the client, have all been successfully confirmed /completed.)
*Notification of offers / rejections to candidates in each process.

*Management and mentoring of a small team of Marketing and Admin Executives.
*Instruct and liaise with the Marketing and Admin Executives regarding the marketing of placements, management of the placement vacancies on the website, creating emails to promote specific new placements and updates for social media to generate interest about placements.
*Review processes and procedures and implement changes as required
*Market research and customer feedback to determine improvement opportunities for the business
*Ad hoc tasks as required.

*Good understanding of recruitment CRM system (MatchMaker preferably) MS Office, internet etc.
*Must be a team player and enjoy working with other people
*An interest in small business operations
*Bright enthusiastic personality

*OTE GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
*Competitive salary plus commission and bonuses
