Amber are an award winning and CQC 'Outstanding' Organisation providing support to adults with learning and physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. We are looking to recruit team members who share our values and who are passionate about delivering the best possible support to people.

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team working either in clients own homes in the community or within supported living settings. We have opportunities for people to work in Bromsgrove, Redditch. Worcester, Kidderminster and Droitwich.

We support meaningful activities such as day to day living tasks, personal care, life skills, working and volunteering, arts & crafts, horticulture, sports, leisure and social activities.

In some services, we provide support over 24 hours so for these roles you will need to be able to work a flexible rota across the service hours. This will include some weekends and sleep-ins each week and this is an essential part of the role.

Other roles may require you to support people in their own homes and this could include early mornings, later at night and at weekends so ideally you will be flexible to be able to do this.

Our roles are both part and full time. Contracts normally start at 20 hours per week and can range up to full time hours. We are flexible about hours and can discuss this with you.

You must be a car driver and have access to your own transport.

Our training is excellent, so experience is an advantage but it is not essential for all roles as it's more important to have the right attitude to supporting people.

Hourly rate up to GBP7.90
