Operation Support Analyst
Currently seeking an Operation Support Analyst for a leading IT consultancy, providing transformation from information technology to digital transformation keeping clients at forefront of digital revolution.
Understanding of Comptel Mediation Event link is Critical for this role.
Your main responsibilities would be to diagnosis and resolve problems. Provide incident management including driving resolution of incidents, coordinate different parties, recover or correct data where reasonably practicable to do so.
You will also be required to support business users through ad-hoc data interrogation. Perform controlled shutdowns for cold backups, be the overall lead of restoration of Application following cold backups and provide assistance with ad-hoc configuration changes, routine maintenance and administration duties.
