HR Shared Service Team Leader
A large market leading global organisation based in Warwickshire are looking for a HR Shared Service Team Leader to work with the wider HR team to set the strategic direction and delivery plan of a newly implemented HR Shared Service Centre as well as deliver on day to day activities for circa 3,000 employees. You will support on the implementation of new policies & procedures, MI & KPI's, recruit, and help develop a brand new team and use your excellent key stakeholder management and communication skills to bring people on the journey of this new model. We are looking for a HR professional with proven experience in working in a shared service function helping push things forward and delivering excellent results. The HR Shared Service Team Leader role is paying GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + 15% Bonus + 38 days holiday (with an option to buy an extra 5!) + Pension and additional benefits.
Reporting into the HR SSC Manager and working alongside a team of HR Business Partners, you will support an implementation of a new HR Shared Service Centre which will go live at the end of this year!
You will support the HR SSC Manager with various HR strategic projects ensuring you're embedding and pushing forward the HR SSC into the business including being responsible in delivering a fantastic employee experience in HR advice, administration and people data management information. Partnering key stakeholders across the business including HR Business Partner and key head of functions, you will use your excellent communication skills and be a key influencer to build strong relationships quickly across the entire business in order to manage business expectations of the HR SSC in a proactive and professional manner.
You will ensure the relevant elements of the people strategy are successfully planned and implemented whilst maintaining a high performing customer centric service. We are looking for a motivated people person who can help develop the team to create a talent pipeline for the wider HR function as well as be the senior subject matter expert on employee relations cases.
Using your experience you will develop KPI's, monitor and report on performance, taking corrective action as necessary using data to support the wider organisation. You will play a key part in proactively driving process standardisation and improvements.
This is a really proactive role, and they're looking for someone to improve the SSC and bring in new ideas and proactively put them in place.
