Assistant Housing Manager
Based on site you will be the focal point for the residents in dealing with any queries and providing assistance and support.
My client provide retirement housing and assisted living facilities across the midlands. They are looking to expand their housing management team on one of their sites and as such are looking for an Assistant Housing Manager.
The role of the Assistant Housing Manager is to ensure all the residents living on the site receive a high quality and responsive housing management service. You will provide advice, support to the residents as well as any associated administration tasks.
For this position you will have;
- Experience of providing a professional high quality service to older/vulnerable people
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with sensitive information
- Have a good understanding of Housing legislation
- Some supervisory or management experience
