Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a Facilities Management Company who offer a warm and friendly environment. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first class customer service to a range of business customers

Job Description:

- As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising between the client and the Engineers/Contractors arranging them to attend clients site to carry out various maintenance jobs
- Ensuring engineers have the required job information and attend site within the agreed timeframes
- Handling any customer service queries and resolving any problems that may arise that jobs are completed within the agreed SLA's
- As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be managing the whole process, progress chasing throughout to ensure jobs are completed and closed down on their bespoke system
- Ensuring that you provide first class customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience within customer service is essential
- Previous experience within Facilities would be highly advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am-5pm

Salary: £8.00 per hour
