The key role will be the co-ordination of a four person project team, responsible for providing support to our key corporate projects and field consultants. In addition there will be responsibility for the delivery of your own work within the projects, as well as input into the general management and running of the office.

We are looking for a hardworking, organised and self-motivated person who is looking to work in a fantastic team, in a rural setting. This is a busy and varied role where you will have the ability to learn new skills, as well as developing your management expertise.

Duties will include:
- Responsibility for the day to day coordination of the project team
- Accountability for the administration and delivery of a key project
- Liaising with the account/project managers, clients and suppliers to ensure team targets and deadlines are met
- Identifying and reporting any delivery issues and/or risks to the management team or project manager
- Dealing with issues and overseeing effective solutions
- Assistance in the co-ordination of resourcing and delivery of new projects
- Organising and attending internal and external meetings
- Delivering into key projects ensuring project milestones are met

For this position of Project Administrator you will need to demonstrate:
- Maths & English GCSE C or above
- A high level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals, internally and externally, clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to produce work to high levels of accuracy
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience of working at a senior level
- The ability to work as an effective team member
