Client Services Coordinator | Stoke-on-Trent | £Competitive

Hours: 9am-5.30pm (37.5h Week)

The role:

Due to the continued expansion of our products and client base, we have a new opportunity for an Client Services Coordinator to join our admin team. This vacancy is for an individual with background within administration coupled with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The position also provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic team within an innovative environment that encourages personal development and independent thinking.

Duties will include:

- Arranging travel requests for employees
- Collecting and returning clients to and from train stations / hotels
- Joining the admin team in reception cover when needed
- Working closely with our purchasing team leader, especially around events in sourcing items, ordering supplies, IT Equipment etc.
- Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Attending meetings internally and being responsible for minutes
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information

The successful applicant will have:

- A background working in an administration environment
- Experience working with MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel
- An aptitude for both efficient and accurate working
- An excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task whilst prioritising work loads
- Excellent Communication skills
- A full / clean driving license is required due to use of company vehicles.
