Working for one of our leading construction clients, who has an excellent reputation within the industry and has turnover in excess of £100million, priding themselves on successful project delivery working closely with repeat clients on negotiated works.
They are working on contracts with values from £5k to £3million within the Commercial, Industrial, Retail sectors, working on refurbishment, maintenance and small new builds, covering a nationwide basis, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for their Warwickshire Office, overseeing various projects, you will be based out of the office 1-2 days a week and travel to site to check on progress and delivery.
Contracts Manager Role & Requirements:
As a Contracts Manager, you would ideally have a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry and must have a minimum of 5 years' experience of managing contracts as either a Project Or Contracts Manager with values from £5k to £3m, overseeing contracts from preconstruction, able to plan and program projects, liaise with the client and oversee up to 2 to 4 projects at any one time, with Site Managers reporting back to you on a daily / weekly basis. You must have an up to date CSCS Card.
- Managing between 2-4 projects at any given time, dependent on size of the project

- Planning and programming contracts

- Sub-contractor orders
- Managing Site issues effectively
- Health and Safety plans
- Motivating and inspiring the team
- Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
