You will be responsible for:
- First line of contact with customer queries
- Processing orders through CRM system
- Tracking orders and deliveries
- Processing sales returns
- Logging ongoing customer accounts
- Liaising with all departments to ensure continuity
- Process quotes
- End to end management of dedicated accounts
