Working for a software house based in Halesowen working with a number of large automotive manufactures developing solutions for dealerships. This position is to enhance the customer service and support performance creating loyalty to the brand and positively impacting customer retention.
You will be responsible for overseeing the technical support team, ensuring incidents are managed efficiently and effectively, meeting SLA's and KPI's, building productive and influential relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing operations by ensuring BAU and data processing.
The type of person we are looking for will have exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal and demonstrable through leadership. You will have successfully worked as a Head of Customer Support within a Software Development environment, and have previously worked at a strategic level, as it is imperative that you implement processes to provide continuous improvement to the Support and Operations functions.
The company are based in Halesowen, walking distance from local transport links and offer some fantastic benefits including car allowance, company phone, pension, healthcare, death in service, and one day off per month for personal development, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a salary sacrifice scheme. The salary will be up to £50k for the right candidate. The team are made up of a mixture of developers, project managers, sales and support staff and are at a head count of around 30 and have a family feel, celebrating birthday and regularly having staff outings and lunches.
