Our client is an IT Services, Telecoms and Office Solutions provider, based in Halesowen, West Midlands.

The company are looking to recruit an Administrator to work within the customer support team. You MUST have excellent knowledge and experience using Excel and must know how to create formulas.

A key requirement of this role is that you are an excellent communicator on the telephone, as you will be dealing directly with customers on a daily basis.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and the position is based in Halesowen, West Midlands and pays a salary in the region of £18,000 to £20,000.
