Our client is looking to recruit an experienced office "all-rounder" to support their busy office based in Telford. They are looking for someone who can offer a flexible approach to their workload with the ability to multi-task. You will be working as part of a small and friendly team and would suit someone who is looking for a varied role.
Duties will include:
- Reception - meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephone, taking messages
- Office Administration - diary management and secretarial support, booking in work, scanning and filing documentation
- General accounts duties
Skills and Qualities Required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process information accurately
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong communications skills
